You will be working exclusively within law, audit, and tax advisory — building deep market knowledge, developing long-term candidate relationships, and helping some of the most ambitious firms in the sector find the talent they need to grow.
This is not a high-volume, transactional role. You will be expected to understand your market in depth, approach candidates discreetly, and manage search processes with the same standard of care we demand from the firms we serve.

Build and maintain deep relationships with candidates and hiring contacts across the law, audit, and tax advisory market in Germany and beyond.
Manage search assignments end-to-end — from client briefing through candidate identification, outreach, interview support, to offer and placement.
Approach senior candidates with discretion and professionalism, representing TJC Partners and our clients at the highest standard.
Develop your understanding of the professional services sector, staying close to market movements, firm news, and candidate motivations.
Background matters less than drive.
You have recruitment experience and want a tighter sector focus, higher quality assignments, and a more professional environment. You are done with high-volume, low-margin work.
You come from a legal, audit, tax, or professional services background and want to apply your sector knowledge in a commercial, relationship-driven role.
Intellectual curiosity, strong communication, a genuine drive to build long-term relationships, and the discipline to follow a structured process.
Fluent German and strong English are required. Additional European languages are a plus.
