The Role

Acquisitions in professional services, done with conviction.

You will be working alongside firm owners, partners, and acquirers to identify, structure, and complete acquisitions within the legal, audit, and tax advisory sectors. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where your contribution is visible and valued from day one.

We are looking for individuals with experience in M&A, corporate finance, or professional services who are ready to apply that expertise in a focused, relationship-driven environment. You will not be one of many analysts. You will be a key part of a small, senior team doing consequential work.

What You Will Do

Support clients — both acquirers and sellers — through the full transaction lifecycle, from initial target identification to completion.

Identify and approach firms that are potentially open to acquisition — with discretion, professionalism, and deep sector knowledge.

Prepare and present structured analysis to support deal rationale, valuation context, and client decision-making.

Build ongoing relationships with firm owners, managing partners, and advisors across the professional services landscape.

Who We Are Looking For

Expertise applied where it actually counts.

M&A or finance background

You have worked in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field and want to apply that expertise in a more focused, relationship-driven context.

Professional services insider

You come from a law firm, audit practice, or tax advisory background and want to use your sector knowledge commercially — in a deal-making role.

What we value

Analytical rigour, strong communication, discretion, and the commercial instinct to understand what makes a deal work for both sides.

Languages

Fluent German and strong English are required. Additional European languages are a plus.
